Hy Behelfer was at the helm of the business for years until he was joined by his son Dave in 1971. Behelfer's wife Marion also manages the showroom day to day with the help of a close team of jewelers. Dave's wife Barb and their daughter also joined the team later in 1996 to relieve some of the business operations off of Hy's shoulders.
