Diamond Exchange has a history that spans back to 1982 when they first opened their doors in the Allandale Marketplace in Kingsport, Tennessee. Our second Diamond Exchange opened its doors soon after in 1991 to reach more of our community outskirts in finding luxurious jewelry. In our showrooms we carry many of the most popular jewelry collections from luxury jewelry designers. From intricate diamond engagement ring designs to statement watches, Diamond Exchange has a gift for every individual style.
