Founded by Master bench jeweler Joseph Ermigiotti, and diamond broker and jewelry wholesaler William Heinz, the two jewelry masters incepted Jem Jewelers. As time passed and Heinz soon approached retirement, Steven Patrillo, a GIA gemologist graduate, took on the business partnership with Ermigiotti.
