U.S. Shipping
We offer free and fast standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Delivery times range from 4 to 16 business days, depending on item availability. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours (EST)*: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM.
- We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by logging into your account or visiting the Customer Service page.
- Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. via this website and to Canada through our Canadian site.
- Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
- We can only ship to an address that matches the billing address on your payment method. Once your order has been shipped, item changes are not permitted.

30-Day Free Returns
We offer free return shipping on all online purchases made through our website.
To make returns easy, we provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
How to Return Your Purchase:

Return Instructions:
1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other suitable box.
2. Seal the box securely and attach the UPS return shipping label to the outside.
Once your purchase is ready for shipment or pickup, our return policy begins.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition with the security tag still attached.
- The RA# (Return Authorization Number) must be clearly written or placed on the return package.
- If multiple returns are being shipped in the same package, please include the corresponding RA#s for each item on the package.
- Merchandise must be shipped with pre-paid postage to the address provided on the RA label. We recommend insuring the package for the full purchase price of the items for coverage.
Returns or repairs will only be processed once the package is received. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team before a refund is issued.
