Our story begins with Dean Rottermond taking an early interest in the world of fine jewelry as a 14-year old teenager. As a stock boy with Shilfrin-Williams jewelry store, he quickly grew a liking to the jewelry world. During his work behind the scenes unpacking many luxury items for inventory, he became more knowledgeable on the product and attributes that make up each gemstone and diamond. He quickly moved to the sales floor where he excelled in offering personable shopping experiences to his guests. Rottermond soon became the youngest store manager at the age of 18 with Shilfrin-Williams. With a knack for business, leadership and logistics he started Rottermond Jewelers with his wife Cindi and the rest is history. Milford is their first location and with their success the pair was able to open Brighton soon after.
